Minimum age: 21 years.
Driver's license: you must present a valid driver's license from your country of residence at the time of renting a car, accompanied by a passport or identity card. An International Driver's license is required for licenses that are not written in the Roman alphabet, which will be valid if displayed alongside the license of the country driving license. Additional driver: for an additional driver to operate the vehicle, it will be charged a $ 25.00 per rental. Additional drivers must be present at the time of hire and sign an additional form. The requirements are the same as the main driver.

Replacement of car due to breakdown or accident, in our office from 09:00 h to 20:00 h, with a unit of similar or different characteristics to the car originally rented based on availability. Outside our office or business hours, the replacement shall be within 24h to 72h. Liability insurance towards third parties transported, damage to property and / or individuals up to $ 3 million Argentine pesos. Mechanical assistance and towing 24 hours, 365 days a year, by SOS Assist on 0800 333 3300.

Tolls. In case of loss or misplacement of documents or rented car key you will be charged for the replacement thereof.
Maximum security for shortages, damage, theft and / or overturn.
The placement of the car in other modes of transport such as ships, trains or planes is not permitted without special permission by Omega Car Rental.
The rate includes insurance coverage with a franchise by category of vehicle rented:

Minimum regular rental time: 24 hours, with 1 (one) hour of tolerance for the return of the car. From that period, an equivalent of a half day`s rental value will be charged. When the delay exceeds 3 (three) hours, you will be charged an amount equivalent a full day`s rent, without implying the retention of the vehicle.
Minimun hourly rental time: 5 hours, with half an hour (30'') of tolerance for the return of the car. From that period, an equivalent of a 5 hour rental value will be charged.
Expansion of the rental period: to extend the lease for longer period than initially agreed, requires advance communication at least 24 h before termination.
Reservation: Reservations will be dealt with cars in the same category as that chosen by the customer or, in the case of unavailability, with another unit of a higher category. No request for reservation will be valid without the confirmation by Omega Car Rental through the sending of the reservation number to the customer.
Reservation Schedule: Once the anticipated schedule for the pickup of the vehicle has passed, the reservation will be maintained for 1 (one) additional hour.
Cancellation of the reservation (NO SHOW): must be communicated to Omega Car Rental with a minimum of 12 hours advance notice. Cancellations made ??less than 12 hours in advance will involve the payment of a daily rental value for the reserved vehicle.
Car Pickup: the pickup of the vehicle will be done during Omega Car Rental Agency business hours. If the customer opts for collection at the airport or an location of your choice, this will be charged a rate of 12% of the total amount. A fee of the same value will be charged for collections on Sundays, holidays or after business hours.
Return of vehicle: the return of the vehicle will occur in the Omega Car Rental agency. For customers who choose to deliver the unit elsewhere, you will be charged 12% of the total amount. A fee of the same value will be charged for returns on Sundays, holidays or after business hours.
Fuel: the return of the vehicle will occur in the Omega Car Rental agency. For customers who choose to deliver the unit elsewhere, you will be charged 12% of the total amount. A fee of the same value will be charged for returns on Sundays, holidays or after business hours.
Means of payment: the rental of the unit will be paid in cash (pesos, dollars or euros) or via credit or debit card at the time of pickup.
Claims: In case of robbery, theft, collision or any other incident, the driver must present a complaint form filed with the appropriate authority and he/she must communicate it immediately, to Omega and SOS Car Rental Assist on 0800 333 3300. Traffic or parking violations: traffic or parking violations during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the customer. In such cases, Omega Car Rental will pay the fine and notify the appropriate agencies the name of the driver. The value of the fine will automatically be charged to the customer on the credit card used for the payment of the rental amount, with an increase of 20% due to administrative expenses.

A major credit card will be required by Omega Car Rental at the time of pickup. Authorization of the credit card will be required for the total ceiling cost of the vehicle as security. This amount will also serve to ensure any extra charges for fuel, loss, damage, etc... If no margin is available in the card limit, the vehicle will not be rented.
